Candyce Grisham

Longarm Quilter, Quilt Teacher, Fabric Artist

Candy has been quilting since high school and is self taught. Her passion is fabric. She has played with all types of quilting: hand piecing, machine piecing, appliqué and now does longarm quilting for herself and others. Her background is in the traditional fabric arts – quilting and sewing. Her focus is on the use of interesting colors, fabrics and themes from other cultures and from nature. She is currently experimenting with art quilts and fiber manipulation. She basically loves anything to do with fabric.

Her passion is sharing fun and new techniques and aspects of quilting with others. She has taught quilting classes for local and state guilds, and shops in the St. Louis area. She has shown quilts and won awards for quilts and quilting locally and through the American Quilter’s Society in Paducah, KY, the International Quilt Society in Houston, Texas, and the National Quilt Association in Columbus, Ohio.
